About Michele Haller
Michele Haller is a watercolor artist living on Maui, where she paints the island's natural beauty in a fresh, vibrant style. She moved to Maui in the late 1970’s and has spent decades drawing inspiration from its rainforests, coastlines, ocean hues, and changing light. Those elements show up in her work through bright colors, gentle movement, and a calm sense of balance that reflects the spirit of Hawaii.
As a child, Michele grew up around art, music, dance, and theater. She was first drawn to the playful work of Paul Klee, and later found inspiration in the beautiful watercolors of Georgia O’Keeffe and Winslow Homer—their color choices, flow, and composition continue to influence her.
Life stayed full for many years with raising two great sons, time with family and friends, and enjoying island living. In recent years, though, her longtime love of painting has taken center stage.
Through Michele Haller Art, she now shares pieces that bring warmth and feeling to any space. Her style is professional yet welcoming, inviting people to connect with Hawaii’s landscapes in a quiet, personal way. Michele is excited to show her work and hopes viewers enjoy it as much as she enjoyed creating it..
